OMAHA, Neb. July 30, 2018 – Scooter’s Coffee, the Midwest-based coffee franchise that has experienced tremendous nationwide growth over the past year, was identified by the independent satisfaction research firm, Franchise Business Review, as being one of only 50 franchisors to qualify for its 2018 list of the Top Franchise Leaders.
Todd Graeve has served as CEO of Scooter’s Coffee for the last two years, after working his way up through the ranks. Graeve has a background as a CPA. Under his leadership, Scooter’s Coffee is quickly approaching 200 locations, while expanding its Midwest footprint.
To select the executives on the list, Franchise Business Review analyzed 18 months’ worth of data from approximately 27,000 franchisees, representing 240 brands, regarding their brands’ leadership and culture as well as their overall satisfaction with their brand and their likelihood to recommend it to others.
Scooter’s Coffee franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training and support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations and financial opportunity.
