Scooter's Coffee Opens First Location in Newton, IA
New Store to Celebrate with Grand Opening on Friday, August 2

Newton, IA – Scooter’s Coffee, best known for its convenient drive-thru specialty coffee and baked-from-scratch pastries, added its tenth location to the Des Moines metro area with the company’s debut in Newton, IA, on 1stAve. & 12thSt. (1114 1stAve. East). To celebrate, the drive-thru coffee location will be hosting a Grand Opening on Friday, August 2, with giveaways throughout the day.

“We have been steadily increasing our brand’s footprint in the Des Moines metro area, and the community of Newton is well-suited for our drive-thru specialty coffee model,” stated Mike Rogers, Chief Operating Officer of Scooter’s Coffee. “Our core values of Integrity, Love, Humility and Courage align well with the core values of the community here. In addition, we’re already seeing a large demand for our product in the short time that we have been open.”

On Grand Opening Day, customers can expect to receive several fun giveaways:

  • 10 a.m. – First 50 customers will receive a free $5 gift card with purchase
  • 1 p.m. – First 50 customers will receive a free Scooter’s Coffee tumbler with purchase
  • 4 p.m. First 50 customers will receive a free Scooter’s Coffee t-shirt with purchase

The newest location is owned and operated by Boundless Enterprises, the parent company of Scooter’s Coffee.
