How can I order a dairy-free drink?

Great question! We suggest first visiting our allergen chart and ask that you inform a manager of any allergies or special dietary needs at the time of your visit. Information presented on this chart is based on the standard preparation of each menu item, and we cannot guarantee that any of our items will not come in cross-contact with other allergens, so please proceed with that in mind when food allergies are a factor.

Many of our drinks such as our Brewed Coffee, Scooter Shooter, SCOOOT Energy Infusions, Cold Brew, Americanos, Fruit ‘N’ Ice Smoothies, Teas, are all dairy-free with no substitutions required.

We offer three dairy-free milk substitutions at this time: almond, coconut, and oat (availability varies). When ordering, you can make many drinks dairy-free by requesting one of our dairy-free milk alternatives, as long as the drink does not contain a sauce (caramel, mocha, white mocha, pumpkin) or whipped cream. Our flavored syrups do not contain dairy, but all of our sauces do. Additionally, all of our blenders use ice cream base, but can be made with a dairy-free milk substitution. Please note:  blenders are made using shared equipment.

Are any of your drinks Keto friendly?

Please visit our nutrition chart on our website. While we want to be transparent about the nutrition profiles of our drinks, we are not able to give guidance on options for specific diets.

Many of our customers find that plain, unsweetened versions of the following meet the requirements for a Ketogenic diet, but we cannot guarantee that they will meet the standards of any individualized dietary plan.

• Tea (not Chai, as ours is sweetened)

I love the Scooter’s Coffee mobile app! Am I able to manually add a physical gift card to my app credits?

You cannot currently add a physical gift card to the app. However, you can still earn loyalty while paying with your gift card! To do this, simply have the barista scan your "Scan to Earn Loyalty Only" QR code prior to paying with a physical gift card, credit card, or cash.

I forgot to scan my app before my last purchase – can you give me smiles credit?

Absolutely! Please send a receipt or screenshot of the transaction to our mobile app customer service team at [email protected].

How old do you have to be to work at Scooter’s and how can I view open job listings near me?

You can search all open positions by location here. Age requirements for employment vary by state and local employment laws. We recommend checking with your local Scooter’s Coffee to find out about their minimum hiring age requirements.

How do I redeem my birthday reward on the Scooter’s app?

Happy Birthday! Your birthday reward will auto-load onto your app rewards three days prior the date listed in your app profile. To redeem your birthday reward, visit “My Rewards” at the bottom of your app, and use the small button to toggle the reward status to “on”. The button will turn red when the reward is on and ready to use. When you are ready to pay, tap “Pay In Stores” to have your barista scan your unique QR code to redeem the reward.

Do you have a rewards program?

We do through our Scooter’s Coffee mobile app, available on the App Store or Google Play. Earn free drinks and status, pay with your phone, send digital gift cards, browse the menu and more!

How many shots of espresso are in each latte size?

All Scooter’s lattes follow the same recipe guidelines. A small drink contains 2 espresso shots, and both medium and large drinks contain 3 espresso shots.

Do you have decaf options?

We offer decaf espresso at all Scooter’s locations. If you’re looking for a decaf option similar to a brewed coffee, we recommend a decaf Americano!

My gift card balance is low – how can I add money to it?

Gift cards can be reloaded by visiting any Scooter’s Coffee location. They cannot currently be reloaded online.
